On Your Team: Women's sessions
On Your Team offers a 12-week programme, with a new activity to try out each week.
You need to commit to all 12 sessions, but we promise to keep the activities interesting throughout. Some weeks the activity will be physical, with things like yoga and dance, while other weeks activities will be creative, like candle making and pottery painting.
Each one-hour session will focus on wellness and getting you out of your comfort zone in order to connect with the people around you.
On Your Team is designed to allow participants to try as many new things as possible and find what benefits them most. Perhaps you’ll find that one week’s activity doesn’t appeal to you much, but it’s still a chance to commit one hour a week to yourself and to your new teammates.

We are launching a new On Your Team programme in South Woodham Ferrers in 2026. You can register your interest and we’ll be in contact with further details.
