This time around, On Your Team for women is working a little differently. Instead of an eight-week programme of one activity, we’re offering a 12-week programme with a new activity each week.

You need to committ to all 12 sessions, but we promise to keep the activities interesting throughout. Some weeks the activity will be physical, with things like yoga and dance, while other weeks activities will be creative, like candle making and pottery painting.

Each one-hour session will focus on wellness and getting you out of your comfort zone in order to connect with the people around you.

On Your Team is designed to allow participants to try as many new things as possible and find what benefits them most. Perhaps you’ll find that one week’s activity doesn’t appeal to you much, but it’s still a chance to commit one hour a week to yourself and to your new teammates.

We'll be running On Your Team sessions at Patch (Gray's Yard, Springfield Rd, CM2 6QR) on Wednesday evenings from 7pm to 8pm, from 10 September 2025 until the end of the year.
