Your probationary period will last for six months from the day you start with us.
You will have a review with your manager at three months, then another review at five months.
Your manager will discuss your objectives with you, and make sure you are comfortable in your role. They will also consider your strengths, and any areas for improvement, against the Chelmsford Behaviours.
We expect all of our employees to meet the Chelmsford Behaviours in their conduct and in how they deliver services.

After your probationary period, your manager will continue to review your performance, behaviours and career development in annual appraisals.
