Category: Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 (Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person including the authority holding that information).
Public interest statement: The information on construction cost is commercially sensitive given that a preferred contractor for the scheme has not yet been appointed. It is not appropriate at the current stage of the procurement process to have the costs within the public domain in advance of that appointment.
