Box Office
The Box Office is currently open from Monday to Saturday 10am to 2pm, and one hour before show start times on all other days.
If you need assistance with your booking, require a wheelchair space or need help with the Essential Companion scheme you can contact us.
Please note, we no longer take cash at the Box Office. We accept card payments only.
Running times
Some shows give an approximate running time and when available this can be found on the show page.
All films have running times but this does not include live performance trailers or late starts.
Running times are given as a rough guide but due to the nature of live performance they cannot always be accurate.
General admission
General admission refers to areas that are not assigned or reserved, and are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis. When purchasing tickets for a general admission event, you may be quoted row and seat numbers, however these are for inventory purposes only and do not reflect any actual seating location.
We strongly recommend that face coverings continue to be worn inside to respect staff and other audience members.
If you are exempt, let the front of house staff know on the day.
Face coverings
In line with the current guidelines, face coverings are optional in our venues.
Programme of events
At times it is necessary to make changes to the published programme. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Photography
We do not allow photography in the majority of shows, especially for professional shows, however there are a few occasions when it is allowed and this will be advised as part of the show.
If you are seen to be taking unauthorised photography you will be asked by the Duty Manager to stop.
