Assistant Visitor Experience Manager - Café and Bar
We are launching a new food and beverage offer at Chelmsford Theatres, as part of the transformational refurbishment, including, for the first time, a new daytime café as well as newly developed bars.
This exciting new role would be ideal for someone with experience as a Café/Bar manager/supervisor, with a passion for community and a commitment to great customer service.
This role will be part of the Visitor Experience Management team and will involve (after training) duty manging shows and events including taking responsibility for the health and safety of patrons, staff and the building as well as the commercial aspects of the front of house operations, including the box office.
