We own and maintain several car parks in the Chelmsford area. Our car parks offer a range of short-term, long-term and mixed stay parking.

The MiPermit call centre is open from 8am to 6pm from Monday to Friday. It is temporarily closed at weekends. All automated MiPermit services are running 24 hours a day, seven days a week as normal.

Our multi-storeys are currently closed at 7pm until further notice due to Tier 4 restrictions.

Getting locked in one of our car parks

If you are locked in one of our car parks after it closes, you can call 01245 606299. You will need to pay a £50 release fee.


Lost tickets

If you lose your ticket in a car park with a barrier, you will need to pay an £18 lost ticket fee. This applies to High Chelmer, Meadows Retail and Townfield Street.


Blue badge holders

If you are a Blue Badge holder, you can park in a disabled bay for the first three hours. After three hours, you will need to pay normal prices.
