Tickets on sale now for 3foot People Festival

Tickets are now on sale for the award winning 3foot People Festival which will be returning to Hylands Park, Chelmsford this summer, bringing unique festival fun exclusively for pre-schoolers (0-5 years) on 2, 3 and 4 July 2019.

As you explore the intimate village of tents, tepees and areas hidden amongst the trees, you’ll discover activities, interactive play, performances and shows. The exciting 2019 zone line-up includes:

Get Sporty – 3foot’s zone dedicated to ‘have a go’ sporting fun, giving the little ones an opportunity to develop their balance and co-ordination skills. This year’s sports offering will include athletics, balance bikes, football, golf, gymnastics, martial arts, mini trampolines and multi sports.

Craft, Play, Mess, Repeat – Sponsored by Seymour House Day Nurseries. A zone promoting the development of creativity, through interactive involvement. Expect endless crafting - including hand & foot painting and crown making. The zone will see the return of ‘Boxed In’, 3foot’s cardboard kingdom and an even BIGGER soft play tent, three messy play stations and the all new ‘Switched-On’ for getting creative with light, shadows and puppets.

Once Upon a Time – 3foot’s story and theatre zone offers performances designed to entertain, whilst letting the imagination of mini festivalgoers go wild. Stories can be told through an intimate story time session within the secluded tented village, or through one of the spectacular shows. Several of the story and theatre performances will be accompanied by British Sign Language interpretation daily.

Music and Movement Activities - This zone encourages Children to move, dance and shake. With activities including exciting music and dance shows in 3foot’s big top tent, multi-sensory activities, developmental musical and speech sessions and even relaxing activities including baby massage and yoga.

Go Wild – 3foot’s zone all about getting up and close with nature. Little ones can explore the great outdoors, play within natural surroundings and ‘go wild’ for the return of the mini exotic zoo and mini petting farm with, new for 2019, animal shows throughout the day.

Grub’s up – Keeping both the adults and kiddies fuelled for their fun filled day are 3foot’s handpicked caterers. All stalls will be serving a range of delicious meals, snacks and treats with kid’s portions, gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan options all on offer. This year’s Grub’s Up zone sponsors Essex and Suffolk Water will also be bringing their Water Bar to keep you refilled and hydrated all day long.

Plus, so, so much more...outside 3foot’s dedicated zones are a range of additional activities and attractions including interactive zones, chill out areas, face painting, inflatable fun, the GIANT sandpit. Sponsors Fundamentally Children will also showcase some exciting toys to try in the Good Toy Zone.
