talk by Chloe Cheese

Chloe Cheese was just a little girl when she first met Edward Bawden and his family. Living in Great Bardfield (the same village as them) and being the daughter of artists Bernard Cheese and Sheila Robinson, Chloe had the unique experience of growing up surrounded by some of the most influential artists of the 20th century.

This exclusive talk from Chloe will reflect on her own interactions with Edward and how she became a successful artist, joining the ranks of the Great Bardfield Artists.

Doors will open at 7.30pm with a drinks reception. The talk will begin at 8pm and depending on time, curator of the Edward Bawden Exhibition, Grace Scott, will give tours of the exhibition before finishing at 9.30pm.
