Karate school (Dovedale)
Let them burn off some energy! Our brand new karate school at Dovedale Leisure Centre (DSC) promote self-confidence, focus, discipline and boosts fitness.
Open to all abilities for ages 4 plus, children will have fun while improving their coordination, strength, and flexibility.
Our coaches at DSC will take beginners through an introduction to the basics of karate, progressing to more advanced skills and combat techniques.
Lessons run every Wednesday during term time from 5pm to 6pm for ages four and up, and cost £6.30 per session.

- Please make sure your child brings a drink to their lesson.
- Please ensure your child wears appropriate clothing, and have bare feet. Ensure long hair is tied back and children do not wear any jewellery.
- If your child needs any additional support, please just let us know.
