Trampolining at CSAC

Children will get fit, flexible and have fun in this 2 hour introduction to trampolining.

Two hours of trampolining fun on a full-sized trampoline, lead by our qualified instructor in our sports hall.

Children will learn basic bounces and landing techniques, how to act as spotters for each other, as well as how to make shapes, twist in the air and much more!

Sessions are split by age group:

Ages 5 to 7: 10am to 12pm
Ages 8 to 11: 1pm to 3pm

Sibling and key worker discount

We offer a 15% sibling discount when you book two siblings onto our course at the same time. We also offer a 15% key worker discount.

Key worker and sibling discounts can only booked in person at our centres or by phone Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm. The discounts cannot be booked online and cannot be used together.

Essential information

Children will need to wear long trousers and socks, and should have long hair tied back.
Childcare vouchers can only be used before the Early Bird date. This is two weeks before the start of the holiday.
