Beauchamp House walk
Run in partnership with Beauchamp House Surgery, this 2.5 mile, off-road walk takes around 45 to 60 minutes and passes some of the most beautiful parts of the River Chelmer and open fields.
This circular, mainly off-road route runs alongside the River Chelmer and passes through some of the most beautiful parts of the river and open fields, where you may see horses roaming freely.
There are some inclines and uneven ground as it is mainly off-road, making this medium intensity route unsuitable for wheelchairs and buggies. However, there are plenty of places to rest and enjoy the view.
Toilets at the Beauchamp surgery are currently unavailable.
Please note that, for each walk, a specific route has been agreed and risk assessed to provide the safest walking environment possible. This cannot be changed.
