Technogym live and on demand classes

Get ready to train LIVE and OnDemand with your favourite Riverside instructors! Our Technogym live classes are launching on Monday 12 April.

We know you can't wait to return to our studios. That's why we have a special live and OnDemand service to help you through, until our studios can reopen on Monday 17 May.

The Technogym live and OnDemand service launches Monday 12 April and features over 40 live classes per week, 57 pre-filmed sessions with our own Riverside instructors and more than 100 Technogym-led classes.

Plus, all our members can continue to access our Technogym OnDemand exercises classes free of charge until Sunday 11 April.

Live and OnDemand classes free for monthly members

We have a huge variety of classes to suit everyone, whatever your needs; just follow the easy step by step instructions to sign up. 

How do I sign up?

All members, including ourChelmsford Lite and Plus cardholders can create an account using the link and subscribe to Live and OnDemand. If you don't already have an account, create one at www.mywellness.com/riverside. 

• Monthly members can use Live and OnDemand for free as part of their membership. Please email riverside@chelmsford.gov.uk to request access to this service. Your access will be granted within 36 hours of your request.
• Pay as you go members and those with their membership on freeze can access this service for £5 per month.
  
• Download the Technogym Mywellness app. The Live and OnDemand service is shown at the top of the app homepage. OnDemand classes can be searched by using the arrowed filters. 
• Live classes can be booked via the Live online timetable on the MyWellness app.
• Once you select the class or content you wish to follow, pay as you go members and those with their membership on freeze will be asked to complete the sign up process, where a payment of £5 is made. This sign up is only completed once. £5 is then taken once per month on the same date. 
• Choose from all types of classes, available for all abilities and start streaming straight away!

Chelmsford Sport and Athletics Centre members

• For Chelmsford Sports and Athletics Centre members who have a Mywellness account and would like to subscribe, please email riverside@chelmsford.gov.uk with your name, date of birth and the email address registered to your Mywellness account. 
• You will receive an email from Technogym inviting you to link your Mywellness cloud account to Riverside; please accept the invitation. 
• Open the Mywellness app and at the top of the homepage, switch centres using the drop down arrow. 
• Once Riverside is selected, follow the steps to subscribe to the Live and OnDemand service. 

How to book and stream Live classes

On your phone

• Open the MyWellness app on your device.
• Click the Live Class tile on the homepage
• Select the day and choose your class
• Look for the Live Streaming label, and book.

It's that easy!

How to stream On Demand classes

Its easy to start streaming classes whenever and wherever you want.

On your phone

• Open the MyWellness app on your device.
• Make sure your location services are turned on, then choose your facility or centre from the list underneath the map. 
• Once your facility is confirmed, you will be taken to a library of classes you can pick from.
• Choose your class and hit the yellow start button at the bottom.

On your TV

You can even stream to your own TV at home, using Airplay or Chromecast.
