Technogym on demand classes

We know it isn’t much fun exercising outside in winter. That's why we have a special on-demand service to help you through.

Keep your fitness goals on track with our range of classes and workouts at home. The Technogym on demand service features over 57 pre-filmed sessions with our own Riverside instructors and more than 100 Technogym-led classes.

OnDemand classes free in tier 4

And now all of our members can access our Technogym On Demand exercises classes free of charge while we remain in Tier 4, instead of paying the usual £2 per month subscription charge.

We have a huge variety of classes to suit everyone, whatever your needs; just follow the easy step by step instructions to sign up.

How do I sign up?

• If you don't already have a Mywellness account, create one at www.mywellness.com/riverside. All members, including ourChelmsford Lite and Plus cardholders can create an account using the link and subscribe to on demand. 
• Download the Technogym Mywellness app. The On Demand service is shown at the top of the app homepage. Classes can be searched by using the arrowed filters. 
• Once you select the class or content you wish to follow, you will be asked to complete the sign up process, where a payment of £2 is made. This sign up is only completed once. £2 is then taken once per month on the same date. 
• Choose from all types of classes, available for all abilities and start streaming straight away!

Chelmsford Sport and Athletics Centre members

• For Chelmsford Sports and Athletics Centre members who have a Mywellness account and would like to subscribe, please email riverside@chelmsford.gov.uk with your name, date of birth and the email address registered to your Mywellness account. 
• You will receive an email from Technogym inviting you to link your Mywellness cloud account to Riverside; please accept the invitation. 
• Open your Mywellness app and at the top of the homepage, switch centres using the drop down arrow. 
• Once Riverside is selected, follow the steps to subscribe to the on demand service. 

How to stream On Demand classes

Its easy to start streaming classes whenever and wherever you want.

On your phone

• Open the MyWellness app on your phone.
• Make sure your location services are turned on, then choose your facility or centre from the list underneath the map. 
• Once your facility is confirmed, you will be taken to a library of classes you can pick from.
• Choose your class and hit the yellow start button at the bottom.

On your PC, tablet or laptop

• Book your chosen class on the MyWellness app.
• Click 'Send link' to send a link to the class to your email address.
• Open your emails on your PC, laptop or tablet, check your inbox to find the email, and click 'Join Now'.
• Enjoy the live stream class on your laptop or tablet.

On your TV

You can even stream to your own TV at home, using Airplay or Chromecast.
