What to expect when you visit

To keep staff and customers safe, there are some changes to how we operate:

Booking

• You must  book a table tennis session in advance on the website or via our app 
• If you have not booked in advance, you will not be able to use the centre
• Booking limits apply ( terms and conditions).

Sessions

• Sessions will be for 45 minutes and will start on the hour
• You will be able to play singles if you are all from the same household.
• You will need to bring your own equipment with you
• You will not be able to use the water stations
• Social distancing should be observed at all times when using the centre. 
  

Face coverings

• You will need to wear a face covering inside our leisure centres whenever you aren't exercising, unless you have an exemption.  Find out more about face coverings.
• We recommend that you do not wear a face covering during exercise. Please leave it with your possessions during your activity.

Showers and changing rooms

• You will not be able to use the changing rooms, please come ready for your session 
• There will be no lockers available, just bring yourselves and keep your belongings with you
  
• You will not be able to use the showers
• Toilets will still be available

Cleaning

• We will be cleaning in between sessions
• We will provide hand sanitiser and there will be cleaning stations around the centre for you to use before and after your session

When you arrive and leave

• Before you arrive, you can download the NHS COVID-19 app. You can open the app and scan the QR code displayed at the entrance to the centre on arrival.
  
• You will enter through the main entrance and touch in at the reception checkpoint. You will then follow the one way system up the main stairs, along the walkway and down the second set of stairs to the squash court entrance for your booking

• If you arrive early for your session, please remain in your car until 5 minutes before the session start time
• Follow the signs and one-way system around the centre to get to and from your activity
• When you exit, you will leave the squash courts through the same door and follow the one way system to exit the centre 

Monthly Members

• You will need to book a session in advance
• You will need to check in for your session at reception
• If you do not check-in, we will charge you the full amount for the session
  
• Please make sure that you have registered your email address with us in order to book online.
