Internet and phone lines will be down between 9am and 1pm Sunday 20 June at our leisure centres. You must have a pre-booked session to attend the centre during this time. You will not be able to book or pay for any session in centre. Bookings will still be available through the website and app.

Covid-secure measures at our centres

In order to use our centres, you must follow our covid-secure measures. This means you need to:

  • book and pay for all sessions in advance using an ourChelmsford account. If you have not booked, you will not be able to use the centre
  • wash your hands, wear a face covering and keep your space while you use the centres
  • download the NHS COVID-19 app and then scan the QR code displayed at the leisure centres each time you visit
You can book and attend two sessions per day (terms and conditions apply).

All of our centres are cashless and operate a one-way system. There will also be designated queuing systems in place. Please familiarise yourself with the systems for activities at each centre on the activity pages. 


If you or anyone you live with has coronavirus symptoms, you must not use the centre.
