Now more than ever its important to look after your health, especially with the winter months coming. If you're senior, vulnerable or shielding and are having to stay at home, this can be especially difficult.

Sport England have created the Active at Home leaflet, full of tips and exercises to help you stay physically and mentally fit and healthy at home.

You can download a copy, or if you complete this request form with you details, our Community Sport and Wellbeing Team can post a leaflet directly to yourself or a loved one.
