You must close this self-service window when you have finished using iTrent or if you need to move away from this machine for a moment to do another task. Leaving the window open will allow others to access your personal information from this machine. Data security is your own responsibility and must be taken seriously. Once you have closed the self-service window, you should see the page you are reading now.

If you have forgotten your password then please follow the next steps:

Do you have a chelmsford.gov.uk email address?

if yes, contact HR and request a reset of your password
if no, contact your manager and ask them to email ICT Service Desk to request a reset of your password

In either case please ensure the email contains your payroll number and contact number so HR can call you back once the password has been reset.
