From 29 October, we changed our recycling and waste collection routes. This means your collection days may have changed.
You can find out your collection day on your new calendar, which we delivered in September and October. We also supplied new food waste and plastics bags during this time.

Why we are making the changes
We are making these changes to ensure our service is efficient, environmentally friendly and includes new housing in the city. These changes will make collections greener and better value for public money.
Your usual collection service will continue, but your day may change. You should still put out the same recycling and waste materials and follow the existing process to report a missed collection.
