The dedicated Essex * residents’ ticketing allocation gives you the opportunity to purchase up to four tickets through the dedicated Essex residents’ booking system for the Chelmsford festival site, 24 hours before national sales commence.
• From 9am on Thursday 5th March 2015 a limited number of tickets will be available to residents who live within a 3 mile radius of the centre of Hylands Park, the venue of the V Festival (defined through postcodes as recognised by the Royal Mail). These residents have priority as The V Festival event has the most potential impact on the people in that area.
• From 10am on Thursday 5th March 2015 to 8am on Friday 6th March a limited number of tickets will be available to all Essex* Residents (defined through postcodes as recognised as in Essex by the Royal Mail)
Please keep watching the official V festival website at www.vfestival.com for updates as this will give you full details of how to access the dedicated Essex* residents’ ticketing service.
• No pre-registration process will be needed as the postcode* you use for payment will be used to verify your booking.
Demand in 2014 was incredibly high and whilst this service CANNOT guarantee you tickets, it does give you the advantage of only competing with other Essex* residents, rather than the whole of the country for this allocation.
If you are unsuccessful in purchasing tickets through this means, you still have the opportunity to purchase tickets the following day through approved national ticket agents, general tickets will go on sale at 9am on Friday 6th March at www.vfestival.com .
* Essex Residents are defined through postcodes as recognised as in Essex by the Royal Mail. Please note that some Romford and Ilford postcodes are not recognised as in Essex by the Royal Mail due to county boundaries.
