The LDF is a series of planning documents setting out the Council's policies and proposals for the period up to 2021.

The LDF replaces the previous Local Plan and also the Structure Plan. Several documents have already been adopted by the Council whilst others documents are in progress.

The LDF has to address the emerging housing requirements for the Borough to 2021 arising from the Draft East of England Plan (RSS14). For further information please visit the Government Office for the East of England website.
