Withdrawal of Application - 10/00130/EIA (1500 person training prison on the site of the former Runwell Hospital)

The Ministry of Justice has, by letter to the Council received on 19 July 2010, formally withdrawn the application for the proposed prison on the site of the former Runwell Hospital. The Planning Committee to be held on 20 July 2010 to consider the application has therefore been CANCELLED.
