Terms and Conditions of Sale Attendance at the event is subject to the following conditions and any other statements or directives either displayed on the premises or within promotional literature. - Admission is at the ticket holders own risk.
- All conditions shown on the tickets are to be read together with all other statements or directives either shown on the ticket, displayed on the premises or conditions of sale literature.
- The possession of your ticket shall constitute an acceptance by the holder of these conditions and imply an undertaking on the part of the holder to observe them. In the event of any breach of these conditions the organisers reserve the right to cancel your ticket and retain any monies paid therefore.
- Persons under the age of 18 will not be permitted – ID may be required on the gate.
- Ticket holders consent to being filmed, photographed and recorded.
- We regret that the organisers accept no responsibility for loss, damage or injury.
- The organisers reserve the right to change the programme without prior notice and to cancel or postpone any activity.
- Tickets are non transferable and cannot be exchanged, refunded or replaced or resold.
- On entry, a hand stamp (or other device) will be given in exchange for a valid ticket. A hand stamp (or other device) will allow the wearer to leave and re-enter the premises. No entry will be permitted after 9.30pm.
- Duplicate tickets will not be issued if lost or damaged.
- The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or to require any ticket holder to leave the premises. Any person found to be behaving in a manner deemed unsociable or potentially dangerous will be ejected from the event site without refund.
- In the interest of safety NO GLASS OR GLASS BOTTLES ARE PERMITTED WITHIN THE PREMISES – any found will be confiscated.
- With the exception of special assistance dogs, no animals are permitted onto the premises.
- No smoking is permitted within any structure at the premises.
- It is a licence condition that no alcohol may be brought on to the premises. Alcohol may be purchased from the licensed Bar situated on site. ANY ALCOHOL DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN BROUGHT ON TO SITE WILL BE CONFISCATED.
- The organiser reserves the right to search all persons and personal property and refuse admission to, or eject from, the premises any person who refuses to be searched by a security official.
Refund PolicyIn the unlikely event of cancellation of THE FLING, all customers who have purchased tickets in advance shall be entitled to a refund as follows:- Customers who have booked via the following outlets (a) in person at the Chelmsford Theatre Box Office (b) by Telephone through the Chelmsford Theatre Box Office on 01245 606505 (c) or online via www.chelmsford.gov.uk/events will be entitled to a refund equal to the face value of the tickets purchased. These refunds will be administrated by the Chelmsford Theatre Box Office. All customers should note that the event operates a "no refunds" policy in all other circumstances. Refunds can only be given if the event is cancelled.
