Hylands Dog Code of Conduct Survey

Chelmsford Borough Council is currently inviting residents and visitors who use and enjoy Hylands Park to comment on proposals to create a new Code of Conduct for dogs. This will offer guidance to ensure that Hylands Park continues to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all park users, be they dog-lovers or otherwise. The proposal will also identify small areas of the park where dog restrictions will come into effect around areas of vehicle movement, eating and children playing.

Whether you are a dog owner or not, please access the Have Your Say on Dogs in Hylands Park page to find out more and tell us your views. Thank you.
