Town Centre Management

Chelmsford Borough Council promotes the town centre in conjunction with local shops and businesses, mainly through the Town Centre Liaison Group.

The Town Centre Liaison Group aims to enhance and sustain the vitality and viability of the town centre through working with the public, private and voluntary sectors to ensure the town centre meets the needs of its users both now and in the future.
