Commenting on Planning Applications 

If you wish to submit comments on a planning application please do so using our online Public Access system by searching for an application. For more information see Commenting on Planning Applications.

Opening Hours:

Monday - Thursday 8.45am to 4.45pm
Friday 8.45am - 4.15pm

(Please note that the office opens at 10am on the last Wednesday in every month due to staff training.)

A Customer Service Officer is available at the Planning Services reception to discuss general planning matters, advise whether planning permission is required for a proposal and guide you through the planning application process.

Please be aware that a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to view paper copies of plans. Please call Planning Reception on 01245 606630 to ensure plans are available for viewing. An appointment is not required to view plans electronically.
